The story behind the textile.

Banaras, also known as Varanasi, is celebrated for finely woven sarees and richly patterned brocades. Traditional Banarasi weaving often features floral vines, decorative motifs and shimmering zari yarns worked into an intricate fabric surface.

There is a quiet grandeur to a cloth that rewards a closer look. On contemporary tailoring, the same ornamental spirit can appear as a full statement blazer or as a carefully placed accent.
